This patient, from Resende, arrived at Clínica Raiz with a smile marked by shyness. She wore an upper removable prosthesis that fell out frequently, causing discomfort and embarrassment. The lack of stability and aesthetics prevented her from smiling freely and made her communication reserved and restrained.

The treatment plan included a total fixed prosthesis in the upper arch, supported by implants, and restorations with increased vertical dimension in the lower arch, combined with single implants to restore support and function.
The result was more than aesthetic: the patient began to smile with pride, and became more comfortable talking, laughing and socializing. She seemed like a new person - more expressive, more confident and happier.
