When removable prostheses are worn for an extended period of time, they end up showing instability and maladaptation due to bone resorption and they transmit insecurity since they are removable, which can cause some discomfort when speaking or eating.
In this case, we carried out the "fixed teeth in one day" treatment, which gave the patient back the confidence to smile and chew again.
With the right planning, this type of treatment is safe, predictable and in most cases our patients have their teeth fixed on the same day as the surgery.
